To delete your Netzero account and associated data, send an email to info@netzero.energy. Provide your account email address and the last 8 letters of your Powerwall Gateway or Solar Inverter serial number (you can find this information in the Tesla app's energy screen / Settings / My Home Info).

Your API tokens and associated data will be deleted within 7 days.
